Who Is Responsible

What We Collect, And Why

If you use one of our forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your area, your preferred language, your preferred assessment date and time if you book one, and your message. We use them for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free care assessment, or consider your job application, and, if you go on to arrange care or work with us, to set that up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

If you email or call us, we use your details in the same way. Job applications are kept for six months if unsuccessful and then deleted.

Where It Goes And How Long We Keep It

Form messages are delivered to our office email inbox. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, information is then held under our care records policies, which we will explain to you at assessment.

Cookies And Tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. If you play our introduction film, it loads from YouTube's cookieless player only after you choose to press play, and YouTube's own privacy policy then applies to the player. The translate tool at the top of every page is provided by Google Translate. Google's script supplies the language list, and if you choose a language Google translates the page and may set its own cookies to remember your choice. Google's privacy policy applies to the translate tool and to translated pages.

The chat assistant on this website runs entirely in your browser. It gives automatic answers from a fixed list, stores nothing, sets no cookies, and sends nothing you type to us or to anyone else. If you choose Chat On WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens in a new tab and Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation, exactly as they would if you messaged us on WhatsApp yourself.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@atlantizenith-unipessoal.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
