Our Care Services
Twelve kinds of support, one promise: kind, familiar carers who follow your routine and protect your dignity, in your own home. Every plan starts with a free care assessment.
Home Care Services
Flexible visiting care in your own home, from one visit a week to several visits a day. We build the plan around your life, not the other way round.
Personal Care
Respectful help with washing, bathing, dressing, shaving, oral care and continence care. Always the same gentle approach, always behind a closed door if you prefer.
Companionship
A friendly face for conversation, games, faith, hobbies and trips out. Loneliness harms health, and good company is real care.
Dementia Care
Calm, patient support for people living with dementia and for the families around them. Familiar carers, steady routines and clear communication with everyone involved.
Respite Care
A proper break for family carers, from a few hours a week to a few weeks of cover. Your loved one keeps their routine while you rest, work or travel.
Medication Support
Prompts and practical help to take medicines safely and on time, with a clear record kept at every visit and any concern reported straight away.
Meal Preparation
Favourite meals cooked fresh in your own kitchen, with shopping, special diets and cultural preferences all catered for.
Domestic Support
Light housework, laundry, changing beds and keeping the home safe, tidy and comfortable. The little jobs that make a big difference.
Convalescence Care
A safe, supported return home after a hospital stay, illness or operation. We help with discharge day, medicines, meals and building confidence back up.
Palliative Care
Compassionate personal care for people living with a serious or life limiting illness, and at the end of life. We work alongside your GP, district nurses and hospice team, who lead the medical side.
Live In Care
A carefully matched carer lives in your home, so help and reassurance are there day and night. A real alternative to residential care, in the place you love.
Supported Living
Personal care for adults living in supported living and extra care housing, working hand in hand with housing providers and families to keep independence at the centre.

Evenings, Nights And Sleep In Support
Some help is needed after dark: settling into bed, night time medicines, or simply the reassurance of someone in the house. We provide evening visits, waking nights and sleep in support across both regions.
Whatever the hour, it is the same standard, the same familiar faces and the same fair price every day of the year.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?
Most families are not sure at first. Tell us what a good week would look like, and we will shape the care around it. The assessment is free and there is no obligation.
